Stir-fry Ginger and Scallion Shrimps
Ingredients
Shrimps (500 grams)
Green onion (1 stalk)
Ginger (3 slices)
Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
Sauce ingredients
Oyster Sauce (1 tablespoon)
Salt (1 teaspoon)
Rice wine (1 tablespoon)
Cornstarch (1 teaspoon)
Water (3 tablespoons)
Directions
1. Devein (remove the vein from the back of shrimp) and wash the shrimps.
2. Cut green onion into sections.
3. Mix sauce ingredients together and set aside.
4. Preheat the oil in a wok over high temperature. Stir-fry ginger and green onions for 30 seconds and then put in the shrimps.
5. Add the sauce and stir-fry until they are cooked. Don't you love easy recipes?
