Shrimps with Mango and Peppers
Ingredients
12 Shrimps
½ Mango
1 Red bell pepper (small)
1 Green bell pepper (small)
Ginger (3 slices)
Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
Sauce ingredients
Cornstarch (1 teaspoon)
Salt (1 teaspoon)
Pepper (¼ teaspoon)
Water (3 tablespoons)
Directions
1. Cut mango into thick slices, soak in hot water for few minutes.
2. Cut peppers into cubes.
3. De-vein and wash shrimps.
4. Pre-mix sauce ingredients together and set aside.
5. Heat olive oil in a wok over high temperature, put in ginger and sauté until golden.
6. Add in cut peppers, stir fry for a little while and put in shrimps.
7. When shrimps are almost cooked, add mango and pre-mixed sauce.
8. Stir fry until shrimps are ready and sauce is thick.
