
Bean Sprouts with Garlic
Ingredients
Bean sprouts (300g)
Chopped garlic (1 tablespoon)
Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
Sauce Ingredients
Water (¼ cup)
Fish sauce (½ tablespoon)
Salt (¼ teaspoon)
Directions
1. Wash and drain bean sprouts.
2. Preheat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a wok over high temperature and stir-fry garlic until golden.
3. Put in bean sprouts, water, fish sauce and salt.
4. Stir-fry until bean sprouts are ready (add more water if necessary).
