Bean Sprouts with Pork
Ingredients
Pork (200g)
Bean sprouts (300g)
Chopped ginger (½ teaspoon)
Ginger (2 slices)
Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
Marinating ingredients
Soya sauce (1 teaspoon)
Cornstarch (1 teaspoon)
Rice wine (½ teaspoon)
White pepper (¼ teaspoon)
Sauce ingredients
Fish sauce (¼ teaspoon)
Salt (¼ teaspoon)
Sesame oil (1 teaspoon)
Rice Wine (1 teaspoon)
Cornstarch (1 teaspoon)
Water (1 tablespoon)
Directions
1. Cut ginger into thin strips.
2. Cut pork into thin strips. Marinate with marinating ingredients for 30 minutes.
3. Wash bean sprouts and drain.
4. Pre-mix cornstarch (1 tsp) and water (1tbsp) together and set aside.
5. Preheat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a wok over high temperature. Stir-fry ginger and garlic until sizzling; add in pork.
6. When pork is almost cooked; put in bean sprouts, fish sauce, salt and rice wine.
7. When pork and bean sprouts are ready, add in sesame oil.
8. Quickly remix cornstarch solutionand pour in and stir-fry until sauce is thick.
