
Beef and Peppers with Black Bean Sauce
Ingredients
Sirloin beef (200 grams)
1 Red bell pepper
1 Green bell pepper
Chopped garlic (1 tablespoon)
Black bean garlic sauce (1 tablespoon)
Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
Marinating Ingredients
Soya sauce (1 tablespoon)
Olive oil (½ tablespoon)
White pepper (¼ teaspoon)
Sauce Ingredients
Corn starch (1 teaspoon)
Water (¼ cup)
Soya sauce (1 tablespoon)
Sugar (½ teaspoon)
Directions
1. Cut beef into slices.
2. Marinate beef with marinating ingredients and leave it for 30 minutes.
3. Wash and cut peppers into cubes.
4. Mix sauce ingredients together and set aside.
5. Preheat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a wok over high temperature, stir-fry chopped garlic and black bean garlic sauce for a moment and put in peppers.
6. When pepper is half cooked, put sliced beef and pre-mixed sauce ingredients in the wok.
7. Stir-fry until beef is cooked and enjoy your meal.
