Hot Chilli Bean Beef

 

Ingredients

 

Beef fillet (250 grams)

Carrots (75 grams)

Celeri (90 grams)

Chopped garlic (1 tablespoon)

Chili Bean Sauce (1 1/2 tablespoon)

Olive oil (2 tablespoons)

 

Marinating Ingredients

 

Soya sauce (1 tablespoon)

Sugar (1 teaspoon)

Seasme oil (1 teaspoon)

 

Sauce Ingredients

 

Corn starch (1 teaspoon)

Water (1 tablespoon)

Oyster sauce (1 tablespoon)

 

Directions

 

1. Marinate the beef filet with the marinating ingredients and leave it for 20 minutes.

 

2. Cut carrots and celeri into thin stripes. Cut the beef filet into larger stripes. These are to be used later.

 

3. Mix sauce ingredients together and set aside.

 

4. Preheat oil in a wok over high temperature. Put chopped garlic and chilli bean sauce into the wok and stir-fry for a few seconds.

 

5. Put the beef filet in the wok and stir fry until it is half cooked and then add in carrots and celeri.

 

6. Add pre-mixed sauce ingredients  in the wok and stir-fry until beef is fully cooked.

 

7. Your dish is ready!
