Stir-Fry Shanghai Bok Choy

 

Ingredients

 

Chopped garlic (1 tablespoon)

Olive oil (1 tablespoon)

Shanghai bok choy (1.5 lbs)

Sesame oil (¼ teaspoon)

 

Sauce Ingredients

 

Fish sauce (2 teaspoons)

Salt (½ teaspoons)

Water (¼ cup)

 

Directions

 

1. Wash and drain Shanghai bok choy.  Cut them into 2.5-inch long.

 

2. Pre-mix sauce ingredients together and set aside.

 

3. Preheat olive oil in a wok over high temperature.  Stir-fry chopped garlic until golden, put in Shanghai bok choy and pre-mixed sauce.  (Add more water if necessary.)

 

4. When bok choy is almost cooked, put in sesame oil and saute until bok choy is ready.
