Shrimps with Garlic and

Tomato Sauce

 

Ingredients

 

Shrimps (450 grams)

Tomato (200 grams)

Chopped garlic (1 tablespoon)

Olive oil (1 tablespoon)

 

Sauce ingredients

 

Ketchup (3 tablespoons)

Sugar (1 teaspoon)

Salt (1 teaspoon)

Rice wine (1 tablespoon)

 

Directions

 

1. Wash and devein the shrimps.

 

2. Wash and cut tomatoes into 1-inch cubes.

 

3. Preheat oil in the wok over high temperature, stir fry garlic until golden and put in tomatoes.

 

4. When tomatoes become soft, add in shrimps, ketchup, sugar, salt and rice wine. Saute until shrimps are cooked.
