Spicy Stir Fry Shrimps

 

Ingredients:

 

Shrimps (450 grams)

Thai chili (1 tablespoon)

Garlic (1 tablespoon)

Shallot (1 tablespoon)

Rice wine (1 tablespoon)

Olive oil (4 tablespoons)

 

Sauce ingredients:

 

Sugar (1 tablespoon)

Cornstarch (1 teaspoon)

Oyster Sauce (2 tablespoons)

Water (3 tablespoons)

 

Directions:

 

1. Chop Thai chili, garlic and shallot to be used later.

 

2. Preheat the oil in the wok over high temperature. Stir-fry the shrimps until they turn golden and remove shrimps from the wok to be used later.

 

3. Using the existing oil, stir fry the chopped Thai chili, garlic and shallot in high temperature for 30 seconds. Put the sauce ingredients into the wok. Once the sauce starts boiling, put the shrimps back to the wok. Add in the wine and stir-fry for an additional minute and your dish is ready!
