Sweet and Sour Peppers

 

Ingredients


Green bell peppers (150g)
Green chili peppers (3 units)
Canned pineapples (100g)
Tomato (1 unit)
Chopped garlic (½ teaspoon)
Chopped ginger (½ teaspoon)
Olive oil (1 tablespoon)

 

Sauce Ingredients


Ketchup (1 tablespoon)
Sugar (1 tablespoon)
Vinegar (1 tablespoon)
Salt (¼ teaspoon)

 

Directions

 

1. Wash, drain and remove seeds from peppers. 

 

2. Cut peppers, tomatoes and pineapples into pieces.

 

3. Mix sauce ingredients together and set aside.

 

4. Preheat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a wok over high temperature; stir-fry garlic and ginger until sizzling, put in peppers.

 

5. When peppers are slightly soft, add in pineapples, tomatoes and pre-mixed sauce.

 

6. Saute until sauce is thick and all the other ingredients are cooked to your liking.
