
Tofu with Ground Beef and ZhaCai
Ingredients
Ground beef (250g)
Tofu (1 lb)
Zha Cai (1 pack - 70g)
Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
Sauce Ingredients
Oyster sauce (1 tablespoon)
Corn starch (1 teaspoon)
Salt (1 teaspoon)
Water (⅓ cup)
Directions
1. Wash, drain and cut tofu into cubes (1x1x1 inch).
2. Heat tofu on the side (either with microwave or steam it). Make sure water is removed from the dish after heating.
3. Mix sauce ingredients together and set aside.
4. Pre-heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over high temperature, stir fry zha cai for a moment and put in ground beef.

5. When beef is almost cooked, quickly remix sauce and put it in.
6. Stir-fry until beef is cooked and sauce is thick.
7. Pour ground beef with sauce onto the tofu and dish is ready!
